Thomas Høegh Director

Thomas is the founder and CEO of Arts Alliance. He is both an investor and entrepreneur and spends most of his time overseeing a portfolio of high-growth businesses in the creative sectors. He also produces and directs large-scale outdoor multimedia performances. As an artist Thomas has directed 20 productions in television, theatre, radio drama and large-scale outdoor performances. He has directed a number of Ibsen productions in Norway and abroad. Most notable were ‘The Vikings of Helgeland’, ‘Wild Duck’ and ‘Terje Vigen’.

Thomas sits on the boards of the UK Film Council, LOVEFiLM, City Screen, YCD Multimedia, the Metropolitan Film School and Slingshot.

Martine Rød Producer

Martine has Produced and Production Managed a wide variety of cultural events, including dance, theatre, films and art installations all over the world.

Martine project-managed the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1994 Olympic Games and production managed, among others, the Teatro Avinida in Mozambique, the Norwegian pavilion at the 2000 World Exhibition in Germany, the official opening of The Library in Alexandria, Egypt, and the opening of the Nobel Peace Centre in Norway.

Tessa Pemberton Line Producer

Tessa is a freelance television Producer and Line Producer with over 20 years experience of working on drama and documentary, setting up shoots and filming all over the world.

She has worked for all the major broadcasters and line produced two big budget natural history/CGI series for the BBC. She has worked on over 40 dramas and produced ‘The Kingdom was Lost’, which won 6 prestigious international awards.  www.tessapemberton.co.uk

Chris Williams Technical Director

Chris has been heavily involved in numerous company startups and a variety of state-of-the-art media technology-based ventures. Having cut his teeth working for Pearson, he was then involved in the startup of Channel 5, and with Disney and Discovery on various major projects. Chris was one of the founder members of the award-winning Farm Group, still considered one of the UK's leading Post Production businesses. Chris then spent time at Arts Alliance Media aiding the UK’s first Digital Cinema rollout of over 250 screens.

Russell Stopford Film Producer

Russell has worked in digital media for over thirteen years and was Creative Director of Met Film Ltd and Managing Director of Met Film Creative and has experience in film, animation, commercials, TV and Broadband, as a producer and director.

He now specialises in digital video production, post-production and distribution from broadband to digital cinema.

Paal Ritter Schjerven

Co-Director (Japan) and Director of Cinematography

Paal has a broad background as a photographer, artist, writer, designer, set designer, producer and director of numerous productions on stage and for screen. Paal was working with Thomas in the production of Terje Vigen in multimedia back in 1994. He is now artistic director of the development of a digital exploration centre for popular music in Oslo: The Pop Centre.
