Vanessa Redgrave

Vanessa Redgrave most recently starred in Joan Didion’s ‘The Year of Magical Thinking’ (Dir: David Hare) in London and on Broadway, for which she was a Tony Award nominee and won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Solo Performance. Alongside a high-profile body of work, on screen and stage, Vanessa Redgrave also produces documentary films; the latest ‘Wake Up World’ (a Dissent Projects film, Dir: Carlo Nero) is a tribute to UNICEF.

Ms Redgrave has been a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF since 1995 and is involved in a number of other charitable organizations including Amnesty International, Liberty and the Women’s Refuge Commission.
